The subject is an extensive topic in Bosnian and Herzegovinian cultural history, and seems to have been waiting for Lovrenovic, a historian who has no fear of historiographic deconstruction and destroying historiographic myths but rather experiences them as a first-rate challenge in the art of history. In this regard, I believe that we can fearlessly proclaim his book Stecci: Medieval Bosnian and Hum Tombstones, published by the Sarajevo publishing house Rabic, as Lovrenovics new historiographic success, with which the autor thoroughly confirms his already cult status among Bosnian-Hum medievalists.
